燻製工房「燻香」の製品は厳選された材料と自然海水で作った塩・香辛料・無添加の醤油・味噌を使い、こだわりのチップで燻製して仕上げました。
発色剤・保存料・酸化防止剤などの添加物は入れておりませんので、手作りの味を安心してお楽しみください。
店内にレストランもございます。前日までご予約後、ご来店下さい。
