資生堂パーラーは1902年（明治35年）東京銀座の資生堂薬局内に「ソーダファウンテン」として誕生しました。
日本初のソーダ水や当時はまだ珍しかったアイスクリームを販売してたちまち名物になったということです。
※アイスクリームの販売は日本初ではございません。
1928年（昭和3年）から本格的にレストランを開業、西洋料理の草分けとして、また銀座のシンボルとして芸術家や文化人をはじめとする多くのお客さまをお迎えして、現在に至っております。
百余年の歴史と伝統の味に新たな時代の息吹もおりまぜた銀座の味をお届して参ります。
