Our founder team members have been working as consultants, with world best starred chefs as well as many doctors and professors for many world leading pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Bayer, Lundbeck and many more. By considering more and more life threatening diseases were found in much earlier age now in Hong Kong due to improper processed hormone and pesticide added diets that they ate everyday, Food Medicine Lab was established to promote and educate HKers to eat right and committed to offer our help and support to cancer, cardiovascular, stroked, depressed patients to recover. We have health specialists and dieticians to help you regularly monitor your cholesterol level and give you advise on how to increase your good cholesterol (HDL) and lower the bad one (LDL), together with doctors and specialists if needed.

我們的創始團隊成員多年來與許多世界級廚師、醫生和教授一起工作，並為多間世界頂尖藥廠擔任顧問，包括美國輝瑞科研製藥，德國拜耳醫療公司，丹麥靈北大藥廠等。有見最近，由於香港市民不斷在家及在餐廳食肆酒樓快餐店，不停每天無間斷地長期進食加添了化學物、防腐劑、催生激素丶抗生素和農藥的肉類海鮮蔬果而不自知，以致發現越來越多的致命的疾病在香港有年輕化的趨勢，包括年輕中風、年輕跑手在跑馬拉松時心機梗塞導致死亡、未夠40歲的年輕女性患上乳癌或卵巢癌，年輕男士被確診不育或患上老退化症丶前列腺癌及腸癌、越來越多小童及學生被確診患上專注力缺乏症丶焦慮症及抑鬱症並自殺，成年人越來越暴躁及不快並被確診患上抑鬱症及躁狂症等，因而成立了「有機愈膳房」，旨在以過來人的經驗，促進及教育港人及早明白膳食對疾病預防及治療的影響，從而不藥而愈。我們的員工都是同路人，自身或家人也曾因在飲食上的無知而曾患上以上疾病，希望以自身的經驗及體會，致力提供對無助不安的癌症患者丶心血管病人丶中風病人丶腦退化及抑鬱症患者及其家屬提供日常膳食的支援。

我們的健康飲食顧問，能為你定期監測膽固醇水平，並提供如何增加您的好膽固醇（HDL）和降低壞膽固醇（LDL）的建議。在需要的情況下，我們並會為你轉介至適當的醫生和專科診所盡快接受相關治療，以免錯過了能把疾病及早治愈的黃金期。
