紅磡聖母堂於一九五九年十一月二十五日由白英奇主教祝聖。一九八四年堂區慶祝銀禧，聖母聖心會將堂區交回香港天主教教區管理。一九九六年改裝聖堂地下為新禮堂，除了學校多一所設備給同學集會及活動之用外，菲籍教友及主日學同學亦有一個固定場地參與感祭及活動。主日有兩台英語彌撒，就是在新禮堂舉行的，以滿足教友日增的需要。
