香港新一代文化協會科學創意中心成立於2006年3月，是全港首間以推廣科學創意教育為主題的中心，致力為青少年提供「面向全國，走向國際」的科學交流平臺，主辦及承辦本港、全國及全球最大規模的青少年科學賽事。此外，中心亦會舉辦一系列的科普講座、創意工作坊、科學創意探究營、社區展覽、人才培訓計劃等，為全港中小學的師生和家長提供全面而多元化的科學創意活動，進一步推廣科學創意，為教育界提供更有系統及更全面的支援。
