General information
詠春攻房成立目的，除了希望讓更多人從新角度去了解詠春，掌握詠春的手法、馬步、長橋和別具實用性的一面外，更希望透過不斷的學習、練習和討論，讓詠春在時代洪流中，走得更遠和更前。
武術本身是中國文化的一部分，故透過「詠春生活化、生活詠春化」將詠春融入生活中，才能更了解詠春的本質。本會透過教授詠春，讓學員能體會武德真諦－－ 「能力越大，責任就越大」。學習詠春除可讓學員體格強健，骨骼健康成長，為身體打好基礎外，更加強他們在德性的培養，養成良好品德，學習謙虛和承擔責任，重新認識自己和學懂照顧別人。
詠春攻房課程裡，套路、單黐手和盤手，與實用手法息息相關，互相緊密連繫。學員透過對套路的認知，加深了解詠春的理論。而學員間的練習交流，也促進他們對每一手法的了解，有助提升分析力、理解力、反應能力和溝通能力。
本會課程將利用新穎靈活的教授法，使學員學以致用，將所學的拳法套路，能於切磋交流時全然發揮，達到事半功倍之效。此外課程當中更加插不同類型的比賽，以提升學員的興趣，增添學習氣氛，更能提高學員對技法的追求，提升自學能力。
