本公司自先祖 黃屋（大目仔）創立至今，於1985年因家族因素將黃大目商標及圖移轉 於第三人名下，故使公司名稱與商標因而分屬於不同一人，而本公司代表人為黃屋第三 代子孫，本公司謹尊先祖以日曬手工製法，重現最原始風味，本公司目前另行創立商標 得使先祖風味不至失傳。 望舊雨新知多加批評指教 深感銘謝！
