Self has been involved in designing, renovation, for last twelve years, the finest chain of Hotels and Restaurants in India and the World for last 20 years.

Have experienced in handling, designing the finest hotels, refurnishing, redoing interiors of hotels, commercial offices, apartments, restaurants, rooms, lobby, lounges, bars, health clubs and spa.

I understand that clients view points as I had been a client myself executing jobs of values over hundreds of crores. Thus my approach to interiors are understanding the clients taste, needs, being flexible and transforming the clients dream into reality through our professionalism.

Our designers has worked with International designers like James Park & Associates, Europe and ARC, Singapore for the refurbishment of Lake Palace Hotel , a prestigious property of Taj Group of Hotels, Indian Architectural Maestro, Mr. Hafeez Contractor for the development of the Recreational Areas of a project called “Narain Terraces” , an esteemed project of Mr. Samir Bhojwani, a top profile builder in Mumbai.

This ability, certain sensitivity and a sense of commitment to excellence in design and good co-ordination skills along with rich experience of having worked on projects of diverse nature, scale and scope provide me with an excellent platform to develop and manage any architectural/ urban design project from conceptualization to completion.

Design, Management and Supervision of a variety of projects in an ISO9001 environment from concept stage to the completion including leading the project design team, interaction with the clients, site analysis, concept design, project presentations, preparation of space programme, working drawings, tender documentation, co-ordination with various sub- consultants/disciplines (structural, electrical, HVAC, public health, fire detection/protection etc.), liaison with various statutory/ municipal bodies, periodic site supervision etc.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Served as Urban Designer on the working group formed by Delhi Development Authority to plan the one million plus extension to the city of Delhi – Dwarka Sub-City.

Was Architectural Consultant for the design magazine Architecture + Design (1985-1987).

Served as visiting faculty at Sushant School of Art and Architecture, Gurgaon, India, teaching design and history of Indian Architecture (1991-92).

Served on the technical assessment committee for the international architectural competition for Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts, New Delhi.

During my professional education assisted in researching and documenting the ancient city of Vijayanagar, Hampi & the passive cooling mechanism in Amer Fort, Jaipur and old havelis of Jaisalmer, India.

Published the article ‘An Architectural Allegory' in the professional Journal ‘Indian Architect & Builder' discussing various works done while with Prof. Satish Grover( Dean of Studies-School of Planning & Architecture).

Guided a number of architecture students, MIT, Aurangabad for their B. Arch. Thesis, (1993-1996).
