PROFILE
Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission which was established in 1996 is running through its large
network of 1500 authorized computer centres. All the Computer Training Courses run through the
mission are very important with respect to employment. The whole information regarding our mission is
as follows:
1. Introduction: RGCSM started with the help of Rajasthan Lok Seva Samiti, Kota in 1996 from the
Kota district of Rajasthan and today it is run with a large network in the form of trust/society
throughout whole India. Mission is running through Shri Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta
Society, New Delhi since 2003, this society is registered under the Society and Public Trust Act 21,
1860. The registration number is S/47172/03.After this mission formed its own autonomous body
and formed “Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission Trust” and got it registered through
Charitable Trust Act 1882 u/s 17(work place whole India) and now both the organizations are
working under the same roof whose registration no. is 4286/IV. The registered office of the mission
is situated in New Delhi and the Head Office is in Kota, Rajasthan. The work area of the
organization is whole democracy of India.
2. Regional Office: For smooth functioning of the mission, regional offices have been set up by the
organization in various states.
3. Courses: At present RGCSM through its affiliated study centers is imparting computer literacy
programs viz.

• Diploma in Office Automation & Publishing (DOAP)

• Advance Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking (ADCHN)
• Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA)
• Diploma in Computer Teacher Training (DCTT)
• Diploma in Primary Teacher Training (DPCTT)
• Nursary Teacher Training (NTT)
• Professional Course in Retails Management
• Accounts Expert-Certified Professional Accountant
Note: After the completion of the above mentioned course by the students, our organization
conducts examination as per rules and thereafter the students who clear the exams are
provided with mark sheets and certificates.
4. Registered Study Material: RGCSM has published course books of all the subjects. These books
are provided free of cost to the students studying in various courses by the mission.
5. Experience: - RGCSM is imparting computer literacy program for about last 16 years. And has
trained around 3.20.000 students through its registered study centres situated all over India.
6. Listed for training provided to Govt. Employees. (Empanelment):
(1) Raj Comp operated by Rajasthan government, Jaipur, authorized RGCSM to provide
computer education programmes to Govt Employees of Kota (Raj) till Comp by Rajasthan
Govt, Jaipur. In Jaipur our mission dated till 31 December 2005 is listed for the providing
computer training to the Govt. Employees in the Kota (Raj). Our Organization has been
provided Training to the 150 employees of Dept. of MIT since 2004, and our mission also
trained successfully 55 employees of MCK, Kota in 2004.

(2) U.P. Electronics Corporation Limited (U.P Government Undertaking) visualizing our Experience & Achievement has selected as an authorized business associate to provide computer training to the employees of Govt. & Non-Govt. Dept. and conducting various training programs in government and its subsidiary bodies which is another feather in the cap of our organization

7. Quality Certificate: The society certified with I.S.O. 9001:2008 which was given this certificate on the basis of its quality.

8. Labour and Employment Ministry, Employment And Training Directorate. Indian
Government: By the order of labour and employment ministry, Employment and training directorate, Indian Government under serial no. D.G.E.T.-01/02/2010-V G/O.I., marksheets/ certificates issued by Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission can be registered according in every employment exchange of india to national classification of occupations (NCO) code

9. Human Resource Development Ministry, Indian Government: The courses are registered under the copyright act by Department of Secondary and higher education of Human Resource Development Ministry.

10. Directorate of Industry, Madhya Pradesh has granted permission vide letter no. Bhopal dated 26/03/2007 to register all six months and one year’s
different courses of software and hardware of Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission by accepting helpful in getting job and establishing as self entrepreneurship on the basis of NCO code.

11. Directorate of Employment & Training, Govt of Chhattishgarh has permitted for registration of all the students trained by Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission in all courses on the basis of NCO code in all the district of the state vide letter no. 205/ (3)/07/396/Raipur Date 29/06/2007

12. Directorate of Employment (Labour Department) Govt of. West Bengal.
Computer Training course run by Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission have been approved by the Directorate of Employment (Labour Department) Govt of West Bengal vide letter no. 3E-(Genl)2005/4576A.

13. Directorate of Employment (Labour Department) Govt of. Jharkhand.
Computer Training course run by Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission have been approved by the Directorate of Employment (Labour Department) Govt of Jharkhand vide letter no. 5/N.N./EMI 4007/2009-864 A.

14. Directorate of Employment, Govt of. Rajasthan, Jaipur Computer Training course run by Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission have been approved by the Directorate of Employment, Govt of Rajasthan, Jaipur vide letter no. 2(2)/2010/14332 Dt. 28.12.2010

15. Singhania University, Jhunjhunu (Raj.)
Singhania University, Pacheri Bari, Jhunjhunu approved by U.G.C. and this university has given recognition to all the courses run by the mission.

19. Future Programmes: Rajeev Gandhi Computer Saksharta Mission is determined to perform various training programmes offered by various agencies of different states. Also RGCSM is determined to run various job-oriented courses for the educated unemployed and make them employed or self-employed.
