Pazhakulam Social Service Society (popularly known as PASSS), is a voluntary organisation for the overall sustainable development of the weaker sections of society in the rural areas of Kerala

Main activities and services include:
♦ Retail Nursery - Production and supply of seeds, planting materials of Horti-Floriculture, Medicinal & Forestry plants
♦ Hatchery - Production and supply of backyard poultry birds
♦ Mushroom Cultivation - Production and supply of mushroom seeds
♦ Agri Super Market - A complete solution for organic farming which includes organic fertilizers, pesticides, garden accessories, agri implements etc.
♦ Planning, implementation and monitoring of CSR projects
♦ Construction of rain water harvesting systems
♦ Promotion of Participatory Development processes.
♦ Promotion of People's Institution.
♦ Development and Dissemination of appropriate rural technologies.
♦ Improvement of livelihood of rural poor people through efficient and effective use and management of natural resources.
♦ Support and supplement development initiatives of the Panchayati Raj Institutions and Government.
♦ Promotion of sustainable environmental situations.
♦ Empowerment of women and other weaker sections
