Over one hundred and fifty years ago, the forefathers of Ch. Jagdish Chand arrived in the erstwhile princely state of Patiala, arguably one of India’s most colourful, flamboyant and regal kingdoms. Touched by the kind patronage of the gentlemen and ladies of the royal family, the pioneering jewellers decided to make Patiala their home. And the rest, as they say, is history.
The company has come a long way since those days. The wide variety of jewellery crafted by Jagdish Jewellers bears testimony to the beautiful blending of true blue classic styles with the demands of the contemporary times.
Gradually, the house of Jagdish Jewellers has evolved from makers of traditional jewellery for aristocracy to designers of contemporary jewellery, in touch with what is trendy yet classy. Based in Patiala and with a large new store in Le Corbusier's beautiful city of Chandigarh in Panjab, Jagdish Jewellers take pride in their exclusive and centuries old craftsmanship.
