General information
The children and youth of Lebanon experience religious, social and ethnic isolation. Yet, they are more than half our present and all our future. They are the foundation upon which the hope of our nation is built. They need opportunities to work and learn together, so they can grow and lead together to build a peaceful, productive and sustainable society.
Unite Lebanon Youth Project - ULYP - unites marginalized children and youth from the host community and their refugee peers and offers them opportunities for social empowerment, through literacy, education, sports, information technology, and arts. ULYP aims to help the youth, regardless of their race, gender, religion or political affiliation, to reach their potential and regain their integrity. Our programs are offered year round free of charge, to over 3000 beneficiaries annually from all over Lebanon.
ULYP plays an active role in instilling the values of respect, citizenship, and mutual understanding; we believe that through the child we educate the family, and through the family we unite the nation.
