Our purpose at DNA is to increase peoples’ awareness and appreciation of leading a healthy lifestyle. This incorporates exercise, nutrition, and educating our members and non-members alike of how a few positive lifestyle changes can lead to increased vigor, energy and vitality.
Although we are small in size, our ambition is huge. We want to touch as many lives as possible in the general population and get them to appreciate the value that exercise and good nutrition can bring them.
