Fatty Dabs Burger Shack

General information

Fadi Dababneh, better known as Fatty Dab's, is a 33 year old Jordanian chef born and raised in Chicago. He learned to cook in his teens and his love for food and relentless work ethic led him to train in professional French and Italian kitchens in the USA.

In 2004, he returned to his homeland in Jordan and taught at the Les Roches Royal Academy of Culinary Arts for 3 years.

Since then, he has become known - largely through word of mouth - as Jordan's favorite burger chef when he opened his first restaurant Fatty Dab's Burger Shack, which has become a runaway success with locals and the expat community - both young and old. His devotion to promoting love, peace and freedom has garnered him a fiercely loyal following.

He has plans to open more restaurants across the Middle East in the coming years.

Fadi currently lives in Jordan and spends his free time performing street magic and discovering new foods wherever his travels take him.
