Amzone International Ltd. is an established rigging facility in the U.A.E. (Middle East). We are sales and marketing office of KISWIRE LTD., the world’s largest manufacturer of high carbon steel wire rope and wire products. We are responsible for the sales & marketing of KISWIRE Elephant brand products for the entire Middle East, Northern Africa and Indian subcontinent. We service the industries such as Oil & Offshore, Shipping& Marine, Parts & Ship Repairs,Construction etc. in the Middle East & Northern Africa (MENA) region.
We are also authorized distributor for various other brands like:
Dongyang, Korea - the leading manufacturer of all type of Synthetic Fiber Ropes.
RUD – Manufacturer of high quality chains and components.
Skylotech - leader in manufacturing Professional Protective Equipment (PPE) and innovative products for fall protection.
Other products in our marketing arm are webbing slings (flat & round), Chain Pulley Blocks, Lever Hoists, Lifting & Pulling Machine and accessories such as shackles, hooks, chains, Master links etc.
With 53 employees we have a well-defined organizational structure headed by our managing director Mr. M.G. Saif. We have departments like Sales, Purchase, Accounts, I.T., Rigging, Logistics andTesting, Inspection& Training etc.
To facilitate our material processing operations we have state of the art rigging equipment which include the following machines:
1. Test bed (200 tons)
2. Swaging machines with full set of dyes for Talurit and Flemish Eye: 150T, 600T, 1500T.
3. FMPT: Shaftless takeup machine to handle reels from 24" to 120" diameter.
4. NK6-2L: Mobile shafted takeup machine for reels 36" to 72" diameter.
5. Fusing and Tapering machine
6.Socketing Tower: for 8 sockets at a time.
7. Turntable (BRT5): for reels upto 48" diameter.
8. Vices: to make wire rope slings
9. 3 EOT cranes.
10. Fork lifts: 3 & 7 tonnes.
11. Stands to make Grommet slings
