The Slide Doctor, LLC has been setting up the fastest trombone slides for the world’s greatest trombone players for many years. Dr. John Upchurch started repairing slides for his students while at Potsdam in New York out of necessity for quick repair turn-around times. This has become known as a ‘slide setup’.
